Tasting notes	Very charming full-bodied Muscadet with a deeper golden colourand with a deep and refreshing nose on honey, grapefruits, mineral and stony accent. Flattering and long palate on lemon and orange pith notes with a light crisp finish. Crystalline minerality keeping a perfect and appealing acidity.

Food & wine pairing	Aperitif, grilled fish or in sauce, shellfish such as lobster or crayfish, poached or steamed salmon, scallops’brochettes, slightly matured goat’s cheese.
Terroirs	Schist with quartz and flint pebbles.
Vinification	At low temperature in order to preserve aromas, then 8 to 14 months aging on lees with regular stirrings «bâtonnages»
