Cépage : 100% Melon B

Vinification: At low temperature conserving the aromas of the must, then matured on the lees « sur lie » from 8 to 14 months with regular « bâtonnages ».

Tasting notes: A lovely gold white colour, with a fresh and intense bouquet reminiscent of white-pulp fruit. Supple and well balanced by a great liveliness. Pure pleasure!

Loire White Wine – Chardonnay

Cépage : 100% Chardonnay

Vinification: At low temperature in order to preserve aromas. 8 to 14 months aging on lees in thermo-regulated glass tanks. Unoaked – No Malolactic fermentation, after thermo-regulated fermentation in glass lined underground tanks and no aging in barrel.

Tasting notes: CRUNCHY – PEAR – ORANGE BLOSSOM Ripe, fresh and crunchy with the intense sensation of biting into a grape at harvest. Aromatic and ample on the nose ripe fruits, with tropical highlights and orange blossom. So juicy, bright and crisp on the palate with apples and lovely exotic fruits and muscat notes.

Cépages : Grolleau Gris and blend of disease-resistant grape

A wine with a naturally low alcohol content. WITHOUT alcohol removal or deacidification. The choice of grape variety is important because Grolleau Gris results in a naturally low alcohol content.

Vinification: Rapid cold pressing and settling (4–5°C) for two weeks, with stirring of the lees every six hours to concentrate the aromatic potential. Fermentation at a very low temperature (starting at 6°C, finishing at 11°C), with regular micro-oxygenation to minimise any reductive factors, thereby allowing the grape variety’s aromas to express themselves with intensity

Tastin notes: The result is incredible! A very fruity wine with intense aromas of white fruits, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits blending together. It is very well-balanced on the palate, and it is hard to believe that this wine has an alcohol content of just 8.5% Vol

Cépage : Grolleau Gris

Vinification : A very fruity wine, with intense aromas of pomelo
and red berries, followed by white pepper on the
nose. Notes of citrus and tropical fruit mingle,
enhanced by delicate spicy notes

Tasting notes: Aromas of red fruit (redcurrant, raspberry), white fruit and yellow fruit (peach, pear). Exotic fruits enhance a rich range of aromas that also include vegetal (pepper), spicy (white pepper) and floral (rose) nuances. Wines from great years develop aromas of candied orange.

Cépages : Grolleau Noir

Vinification: We prioritise the ripening of the skins over the flesh by removing the leaves from around the grape bunches. Skins that are well exposed ripen faster than the flesh, delivering aromatic potential without adding too much sugar and therefore resulting in lower alcohol content. We harvest at night and early in the morning to ensure a low sugar content and preserve the grapes aromas.

Tasting note: Delicious and fresh, this red wine from the Loire offers intense aromas of red berries (strawberry, blackcurrant and raspberry), with a hint of spice and a very delicate character. A real treat !

Sparkling White Wine

Winemaking : Vinification on cold lees with cold fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place cold (between 14 and 16°C) using selected yeasts, to encourage the release of fruity and floral aromas. Once stabilised, the wine is carbonated by the injunction of carbon dioxide produced at the estate, with a fine effervescence to bring freshness and liveliness to the palate.

Tasting notes: Powerful and aromatic nose. The harmonious and elegant mouth reveals floral and fruity aromas. So fresh, rich but zesty palate on green apples, exotic fruits with coffee hints… everything perfectly balanced and long. Incredible!
