Our vineyards<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Today Jerome Choblet consists of vineyards <\/strong>of Fief Gu\u00e9rin<\/a>, Ch\u00e2teau de la Pierre<\/a>, Chateau la Salle<\/a>, Domaine des Herbauges<\/a> and Domaine Les 5 Chemins<\/a>. The 5 estates extend over the 4 communes located between the Loire, the Grandlieu Lake and the Atlantic Ocean.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jerome Choblet’s vineyards comprise 80% of the famous C\u00f4tes de Grandlieu appellation<\/strong>, renowned among the most distinguished designations in Loire Atlantique. The vineyards are positioned in the northern part of the Grandlieu Lake<\/strong>, in the region of Pays de la Loire department. Here the vines benefit from a southern orientation<\/strong>, providing optimal conditions to yield greedy, yet well-balanced, dry and fruity <\/strong>white wines<\/strong>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Great wine from certified vines <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All our vines are tended using “Agriculture Raisonn\u00e9e” practices. <\/strong>Our cultivation methods have been certified<\/a> HVE3 and Terra-Vitis for decades. In pursuit of greater sustainability<\/strong>, we are engaged in a new endeavor.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The site of the Ch\u00e2teau de la Pierre in Saint L\u00e9ger les Vignes, spanning almost 15 hectares, has been selected to host this new vineyard<\/strong>. The aim here is to establish an ecosystem,<\/strong> featuring various species of vines, hedges, trees, and other forms of biodiversity, to enhance the quality of our vines.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By using different varieties of resistant grapevines this new vineyard will allow us to produce <\/strong>fresh and fruity white wines<\/a>, without any external intervention<\/strong> for the greatest respect of nature and our environment.<\/strong> The selection of grape varieties exhibits the capability to generate exceptional wines<\/a> despite the climate change and the changing weather conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With utmost regard for nature and our surroundings, with the new ecosystem we will be able to create crisp and aromatic white wines without external interference.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
