Melon B is the most important grape <strong>of the Loire Valley region<\/strong>. Melon B predominates in the Nantes region, located 50 km from the Atlantic Ocean.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"muscadet-cotes-de-grandlieu-appellation\">Muscadet-C\u00f4tes-de-Grandlieu appellation&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Muscadet is grown in <strong>Muscadet-C\u00f4tes-de-Grandlieu appellation<\/strong>, near lake Grand-Lieu, the biggest lake in Europe. The area stretches from the south-west of Nantes to the edge of Grandlieu Lake.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Muscadet region is located near the <strong>Atlantic coast of France<\/strong>, where the soils benefit from the gentle and humid presence of the Atlantic. It is a very grape variety that can fit every taste. Chardonnay is made in a wide range of styles from lean sparkling to rich creamy oak aged white wines.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"notes-and-flavours-of-chardonnay-that-flatter-your-taste-buds\">Notes and flavours of Chardonnay that flatter your taste buds&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We use <strong>Chardonnay <\/strong>to make both <strong>still wine and effervescent wine<\/strong>. For our sparkling wines and <strong>Cr\u00e9mant de Loire <\/strong>we are using the <strong>traditional method<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This grape is known for the <strong>balance <\/strong>of its flavors when tasted. If you don&#8217;t know it, it is very difficult to know that this wine has a low alcohol content. No dealcoholization or deacidification is carried out.<br>Grolleau Gris is a grape variety that benefits from a recognized geographical indication of quality, the IGP Val de Loire (Protected Geographical Indication).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grolleau Gris is a grape variety that benefits from a recognized quality appellation, the <strong>IGP Loire Valley <\/strong>(Protected Geographical Indication).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-characteristics-of-grolleau-gris\">The characteristics of Grolleau Gris&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With Grolleau Gris we produce <strong>fruity, supple, low on alcohol <\/strong>wines. Traditionally in the Loire Valley this grape variety is used for our sparkling wine, made by traditional method. It is used to produce all types of white wines, dry, sweet, still and sparkling.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compared to the other grape varieties, this one is <strong>more complex and is more of a delicate <\/strong>type of grape. Chenin easily takes on the characteristics of its terroir and must therefore be cultivated with great care.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Chenin is grown in <strong>AOP Saumur appellation<\/strong> and is used to produce <strong>white wine and sparkling wines.<\/strong> Chenin grape is used for our range of Saumur wines for J-C, Herbauges and Jerome Choblet Herbauges, as well as for the Saumur Brut of Ch\u00e2teau la Salle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-chenin-grape-is-like-a-bouquet-of-flowers-in-a-bottle\">The Chenin grape is like a bouquet of flowers in a bottle&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the eye, the Chenin grape reveals a <strong>yellow color with a golden tendency. <\/strong>The nose is surprised by the particularity of this grape. <strong>Depending on the age <\/strong>of the wine, the Chenin grape will reveal itself <strong>floral, elegant and mineral, or full-bodied and creamy.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its <em>youth<\/em>, we dive into a <em>bouquet of flowers<\/em>.
